HAPPY NEW YEAR'S MATES!
We just got home to Manly after an amazing experience watching the fireworks over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It was incredible. Take a look at our videos!
Cheers to 2011!

Bittersweet
Four bags, two backpacks, and two computer bags later, we have checked into our flight to San Fran. All is fairly calm at the airport.
We are extremely blessed to have been able to spend the morning with our family. It was wonderful to be with them but sad to leave for the airport. But as we kept on saying...we will be back in August and Skype is only a click away. Thank god for technology.
The memory of everyone's smiling faces will keep us smiling on the plane. Love you all.

One more day left!
Hi Everyone! It's Monday the 27th and we have packed, repacked, and packed again. It is extremely difficult to fit your entire life into three suitcases! Of course we didn't manage it all in three suitcases and will be shipping a few boxes to our new home in Sydney. Even though we only lived in a loft apartment...it is amazing how much STUFF two people can acquire and store.
We were thrilled to be able to spend our last few days celebrating the holidays with our family. We even got to enjoy our xmas tree for a few weeks (see Frankie the Frasier Fir in the picture).
We set sail on Wednesday afternoon...extremely excited but of course very sad to say goodbye to everyone.
